Try the ACLU, if this doesn't infringe on your cival liberties then what does? There is an ACLU office in Montgomery, call them and see if they'd be interested in representing a good cause.

You may remember last year my father climbed up his ham radio tower to protest his treatment by a home owner's association. I thought you might like to know that he's gone back up as of 5 o'clock last night. He's gotten frustrated with the way things are going out here. They have a good lawyer who thinks they have a case, but the legal fees are getting expensive. He says he's not coming down until this thing is solved.
